Training

All Blackstone staff are trained on policies, practices and procedures that affect the way products and services are provided to people with disabilities. Team members will also be trained on an ongoing basis when changes are made to these policies, practices and procedures.

Service Animals

Any persons with disabilities who are accompanied by a service animal on to our premises are welcomed. We commit to finding alternatives to the use of service animals there are area where animals are prohibited by law (e.g. health or safety reasons).

Support Persons

Any persons with disabilities who are accompanied by a support person are welcomed on to our premises. No person with a disability who is accompanied by a support person shall be prevented from having access to their support person.
